Deerfield's reliquary: Memorial Hall

Read Aloud

It is fitting that the home of the Pocumtuc[sic] Valley Memorial Association, Memorial Hall, should be the first noticeable building a stranger sees, on coming down Academy Lane from the station on the hill. It is chiefly due to Mr. George Sheldon, the head and front of that society, that so many valuable antiquities have been here collected and classified.
